Capital letters need only be reserved for screaming, and this is most definitely Shout-to-the-Top worthy. We have officially release our new album, "Hey There Golden Hair", and we're playing a show to celebrate. Local friends, fans, and foe, come out to see us sing, play, and dance our way through new songs that you have and haven't heard. It's going to be a great time and we want you there. AND! afterwards we'll go to HI-FI, the only bar that we know. Not really. (really)
KEXP showed some Robbers love this Monday featuring Hey Unbelievers as their song of the day. It's available for a free listen/download HERE. While you're at it, you should probably go ahead and subscribe to their podcast HERE because, well, why not?
Also, make sure to tune in to KEXP.org at 9:30am Seattle (12:30pm eastern) for our live in-studio performance on 9/21. They know how to make bands sound good. Like, really really good! So, if we aren't coming to your town this time around, you can tune in and it's like we're right there in your ears!
IN YOUR EARS
Our good friends at PureVolume are previewing a few tracks of Hey There Golden Hair and giving away a free download of Watch Me Disappear (Live on Newtown Radio). This weekend only! Crank it all the way up so you can hear it while you have your head in the freezer.

Brooklyn rock band Robbers On High Street has just announced that its upcoming third album, Hey There Golden Hair, will be released September 13. The album, produced by frontman Ben Trokan with engineer Matt Shane, marks the first time that the band recorded with its current lineup. With the exception of Daptone’s horn section, the band had little outside help.
Hey There Golden Hair will be released in association with fundraising site PledgeMusic, and anyone who pre-orders the album or makes a “pledge” will receive a free digital EP with various exclusive prizes, depending on the size of the pledge. These rewards include autographed limited vinyl, the chance to drive around Brooklyn with the band in its van, the Gentleman’s Cruiser, and the recording of a cover song of your choice. You can download an exclusive live version of “Watch Me Disappear,” a new track off of the upcoming album, here.
Although the album is not coming out until the fall, Robbers On High Street will be keeping busy all summer. The band has a residency at Brooklyn Bowl on Monday nights in August and will follow that up with the Truck Festival, a West Coast tour in September and then a visit to Pensacola, FL, in October.
